Over the last 14 years, Pratik has been actively involved in a variety of business ventures including Four Oaks, his Non-Banking Finance Institute and Vira, a Real Estate Development Company. Pratik’s passion lies in real estate and it was under his leadership that the real estate vertical of Four Oaks was developed. Pratik has the ability to think ahead of the business and ensure readiness for future growth and expansion. He has a hands-on approach to his business and provides detailed solutions to help his clients make wise investment choices.

Mr. Jayesh Vira is into the business of Financial Services and actively participates in various charitable organizations where he has initiated a process of setting up educational and healthcare institutions in backward and remote regions of Kutch, Gujarat. He is also designated Partner/Director in other Limited Liability Partnership Firm & Private Limited Companies.

Mrs. Zalak Vira has a strong knowledge of M.Arch. She has good hands-on Fashion Designing. She also has held leadership roles in various fields.

Mr. Ashish Parekh is into the core family business of trading, manufacturing and supplying of glass bottles for the past 65 years. Apart from the family owned business Mr Ashish parekh also has interest in real estate sector. Mr Ashish has strong knowledge of Real Estate Industry and has experience in the field of real estate construction and development. His firm is currently developing a premium real estate project located in the suburbs of Mumbai in joint venture. He also has strong knowledge of finance and business administration and actively handles most of the financial compliances, internal controls and tax related compliances of his business ventures.

Mr. Sumiran Mehta is an experienced investment banker with a wide array of interests including media, engineering and real estate. He has held leadership roles in these fields across organisations. Notable among his portfolio of achievements was his role as Head of Finance at Sakaal Media Group, which among many other business verticals is also the largest circulated daily newspaper in Pune. Four Oaks is Sumiran’s maiden venture which he conceptualised and co-founded. Sumiran is a Harvard alumnus with a Master’s in Business Administration. Sumiran has a sharp acumen for number crunching with a knack for identifying high-potential investment opportunities.

Aashutosh is a creative mind with fifteen years of experience in various verticals of brand communication; Events, Advertising and Content Marketing.

A hands-on person, Aashutosh has been at the helm of things in multiple enterprises across sectors. As Director at Yellow Seed – The Content Company, Aashutosh is responsible for planning, strategy and growth of the company. Besides Yellow Seed, Aashutosh is Managing Partner at Creative Workshop, an advertising agency catering to several large organizations, multi-nationals and marquee brands.

Along with his active business ventures in the creative domain, Aashutosh also has investment interests in realty and hospitality.
